Hi, I'm Sheela Sridhar.
For over 31 years, I have had the privilege of shaping young minds as a primary school teacher. While I loved nurturing my students, I had completely neglected one person—myself.
Everything changed when I developed severe back spasms and was diagnosed with an L4-L5 disc bulge. That painful phase became the turning point of my life. I realized that if I wanted to continue doing what I loved, I had to build a stronger, healthier body.
I committed myself to strength training and exercise. The gym became my second home, and I never missed a workout. But despite my consistency and disciplined eating, I continued to gain weight. It was frustrating and disheartening.
That's when I discovered that the real culprit wasn't a lack of willpower—it was hormonal changes during perimenopause. Like many women, I had believed that eating less and exercising more was the answer. I soon learned that lasting weight loss is about understanding your body, your hormones, your metabolism, your stress, your sleep, and your overall health.

My journey took a new direction when I met my first mentor, Dinaz Vervatwala, who helped me understand the science behind healthy weight loss. By making sustainable lifestyle changes, I gradually lost 6 kilograms and, more importantly, gained confidence, strength, and a completely new perspective on health. Inspired by my transformation, I became a certified Fitness Coach.
Wanting to help women on a deeper level, I continued my learning under my second mentor, Shivangi Desai, where I trained as a Health Coach. Today, my passion is helping women between 35 and 50 years of age overcome hormonal weight gain, regain their energy, build strength, and restore their confidence—without extreme dieting or quick fixes.
I know exactly how it feels when the weighing scale refuses to move despite your best efforts. I also know the joy of feeling healthier, stronger, and comfortable in your own skin again.
Today, I combine my experience as a teacher, fitness coach, and health coach to guide women through practical, sustainable lifestyle changes that fit into their busy lives.
Because I believe that true transformation is about much more than a number on the scale.
